When selecting staff, we are looking for a number of essential criteria, these are as follows:

  • Willingness to complete induction and undertake all necessary training
  • Ability to follow instructions and Policies & Procedures

 

The following desirable criteria:

  • Use of own vehicle with business use insurance
  • Experience in the care sector
  • Flexibility
  • Willingness to learn and develop onto an NVQ Qualification/Diploma

 

We carry out a total of 4 Professional/Personal reference checks and an enhanced CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) Disclosure on all successful applicants.
We then provide a full Induction and ongoing support.
