Our Support Workers are very carefully selected during our Recruitment process.
When selecting staff, we are looking for a number of essential criteria, these are as follows:
- Experience of running or assisting to run your own home

- Excellent communication skills
- Trustworthy

- Reliable
- Excellent Organisational skills
- Willingness to complete induction and undertake all necessary training
- Ability to follow instructions and Policies & Procedures
The following desirable criteria:
- Use of own vehicle with business use insurance
- Experience in the care sector
- Flexibility
- Willingness to learn and develop onto an NVQ Qualification/Diploma
We carry out a total of 4 Professional/Personal reference checks and an enhanced CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) Disclosure on all successful applicants.
We then provide a full Induction and ongoing support.
