Our Support Workers

The process of recruiting and retaining our Support Workers is a fundamental part of the recruitment process.

When selecting the right Support Workers for our team, we consider their ability to really care for clients. We search for values that match our own. We carefully search for the Support Workers who we believe will share our family values and company ethos with our clients.

All Support Workers are recruited following a successful reference and DBS check.

Our Support Worker Training

We pride ourselves on the excellent training programme we offer to our Support Workers. We run a full, tutor-led training programme which covers the mandatory training required to carry out the Support Worker role effectively and professionally.

In addition to this, we also include additional training in Specialist areas and all staff are enrolled on to a Level 2 or Level 3 Diploma. This ensures that everybody in our team is working towards becoming the very best that they can be.

Specialist Support

With a team of Support Workers who are specialised in a number of different areas, we can offer the support and care you or your loved ones deserve.

Our staff are offered extended training in Alzheimer’s Care, End of Life Care, Diabetes Awareness and Health & Nutrition.

We are currently recruiting Support Workers to join our professional, dedicated team to meet the demands of our ever-expanding client base across Liverpool. Our domiciliary services are available to adults (aged 18+) and range from companionship, shopping, attending appointments, social visits, leisure activities, meal preparation and medication reminders to domestic and physical assistance. A variety of shifts are available to meet both client and support worker needs, pending the successful completion of a probationary period and an enhanced DBS check.

Experience within the care sector is preferable but candidates showing enthusiasm, empathy and a willingness to join a great team in delivering the quality of service upon which we pride ourselves are encouraged to apply. We regularly receive a high volume of applications but select only those who we feel best reflect the qualities that we hold dearest as a provider of care in the community. A driving license is advantageous but clients are ideally matched to support workers within the local area, meaning that many of our existing staff also use public transport.
