Our Support Workers
The process of recruiting and retaining our Support Workers is a fundamental part of the recruitment process.
When selecting the right Support Workers for our team, we consider their ability to really care for clients. We search for values that match our own. We carefully search for the Support Workers who we believe will share our family values and company ethos with our clients.
All Support Workers are recruited following a successful reference and DBS check.
Our Support Worker Training
We pride ourselves on the excellent training programme we offer to our Support Workers. We run a full, tutor-led training programme which covers the mandatory training required to carry out the Support Worker role effectively and professionally.
In addition to this, we also include additional training in Specialist areas and all staff are enrolled on to a Level 2 or Level 3 Diploma. This ensures that everybody in our team is working towards becoming the very best that they can be.
With a team of Support Workers who are specialised in a number of different areas, we can offer the support and care you or your loved ones deserve.
Our staff are offered extended training in Alzheimer’s Care, End of Life Care, Diabetes Awareness and Health & Nutrition.
