This is community-based work, supporting Children, Young People, Adults and Families in their own homes and helping them live happy, independent and fulfilling lives.

About the Role:
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping clients live independently at home. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with personal care (washing, dressing, medication)
Meal preparation and home help
Social support and companionship
Safe moving and handling of clients
Supporting clients with complex needs (Mental Health, Dementia, PEG, Stoma, and Catheter care)
Accessing the community
