Director
Wayne is a Company Director who supports the business across finance, payroll, and technology. He manages internal systems and digital tools to ensure the organisation runs efficiently and securely.
Nicola brings over 25 years of experience across mental health, nursing, and children’s services. She ensures the highest standards of quality, compliance, and person-centred care are maintained across the organisation.
Declan Beal
Finance Manager
Declan manages the company’s financial planning, payroll, and reporting with a structured approach, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance across all financial operations.
Nicola oversees daily operations and ensures regulatory compliance across all services. With a hands-on approach, she leads the team in delivering person-centred, complex care with professionalism, compassion, and consistency.
Rebecca Stallwood
Registered Nurse
Rebecca is our Registered Nurse, providing clinical oversight and guidance across the care team. She supports with complex care needs, medication management, and ensures nursing standards are upheld throughout the service.
Katie supports day-to-day operations and ensures services remain compliant. With a practical, hands-on style, she helps lead the team in providing person-centred, complex care with professionalism, compassion, and consistency.

Recruitment Manager
Emily oversees recruitment, ensuring every new team member reflects the company’s values and commitment to person-centred care. Her focus on compassion and skill helps build a strong, dedicated workforce.
Emma oversees HR, including recruitment, training, performance, and staff support. She focuses on building a motivated, skilled team and creating a positive, professional workplace.
Georgina Wright
Lead Care Co-Ordinator
Georgina leads the scheduling team, matching staff availability with client needs to ensure smooth, consistent care. Her organised approach keeps clients and carers supported with minimal disruption.
Helena delivers training, supervision, and mentorship to the care team, ensuring staff stay confident and up to date with best practice. She also supports Senior Support Workers in maintaining high standards of care every day.
Chelsea O’toole
Care Co-Ordinator
Chelsea supports staff and clients by organising care schedules and overseeing daily service delivery. With a proactive and approachable style, she ensures consistency, clear communication, and high standards of person-centred care.
Shirley oversees office logistics including call handling, visit checks, and payment systems. Her organised approach keeps communication clear between teams and ensures daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Kerry Powell
Administrator
Kerry manages office systems and supports the smooth running of daily operations. Her organised approach and attention to detail ensure clear communication, efficient processes, and reliable support for both staff and clients.
Natasha supports the onboarding of new staff, managing DBS checks, compliance documentation, and assisting with training coordination. Her role ensures that new team members feel supported, prepared, and confident from day one.
