Joan Moriarty

Care Mentor

Joan joined Support at Home in 2018 as a Support Worker. Joan soon progressed to a Senior Support Worker and in 2022, Joan was promoted to Care Mentor.

Joan provides our clients with high quality care and support in the community whilst providing our Support Workers with training and support to help them to develop in their role and achieve their Care Certificate. As part of this role, Joan spends time supporting and observing our Support Workers as they carry out their role. Joan guides and supports our team, to ensure that they can give 100% to the level of care they provide.

In her spare time, Joan enjoys making and amending clothes and upcycling furniture. Joan also enjoys travelling and has been on many cruises!
