Recent weeks have been tough for both employers and workers, as we all navigate new and changing circumstances in our lives. Despite these unprecedented challenges, we’ve maintained our commitment to paying all our Support Workers The Real Living Wage.

There’s only 6400 employers across the UK who have committed to this drive to lift workers to the current rates (£9.30 UK, £10.75 London)Over 230,000 people across the UK are now getting a Living Wage, at a time where it's needed most.

We have adapted our business and discovered innovative new ways to come together for our community and key workers.

We are immensely proud of this move and feel that it reflects the ambition and drive of our family business, which is based on family values and recognises that the care experience we deliver comes way ahead of profits. As our business has grown, so too has our determination to reward the excellent work that all Support Workers do each and every day.

We never came in to this business in a bid to get rich, we came in to the business to provide high quality care to the people in our communities, whilst doing what we love and feel so passionate about.

This also creates stable and secure jobs and careers for local people and we so proud to be an award winning care company and an employer of choice!
